Things that make you go Hmmm...

Technician answers the phone: "How may I help you?"

Customer: "I'd like to have my prescriptions mailed to me."

Technician: "Where do you live?"

Customer: "123 ABC Street" (This is maybe 10 minutes from our store.)

Technician: "How are you going to pay for the postage? Do you have a credit card number we can bill for the postage?"

Customer: "I have to pay postage?! I guess I can come by the store to pay you the postage."

Hmmmmm......
